GroPlus is a women-led Malawian social enterprise established in 2023 to address the critical fertilizer shortage and soil degradation affecting smallholder farmers.
We produce affordable, high-quality organic fertilizers using locally available materials including crop residues, manure, and agro-wastes. Our mission is to improve food security, restore soil health, and reduce dependence on imported fertilizers while empowering farming communities.
Our carefully formulated blends do much more than feed the plant; they feed the soil. By reintroducing essential organic matter and beneficial microbes, our fertilizers improve soil aeration, enhance water retention, and rebuild the natural ecosystem underground.
